How do I submit something to RCM-SAR newsletter the Compass?
You can submit articles, photos, or story ideas to the Compass editor via email at compass@rcmsar.com . You can also contact Special Projects Officer by phone at 778-352-1780 or by fax at 778-352-1781 for any Compass submissions.
The Compass comes out monthly and is distributed to all active RCM-SAR members and other interested parties.
Ad rates are also available upon request.
How do I get more training?
You need to let your Station Leader know that you are interested in training, and discuss what training is available in your unit. However, because of finite funds, the course offerings are limited. Some of the available training courses funded by RCM-SAR are: SARnav 1 & 2, First Aid, Pleasure Craft Safety Checker and RHIOT. However, your station may arrange other courses such as oil spill response that would have their own funding arrangements.
Where do I get more forms?
All RCM-SAR forms are listed on this website. Go to the Forms Section and choose the form you require.

That said, most forms are now completed on-line via the SMS
How long after submitting a claim can I expect to be paid?
