Subject: Raymarine C & E Series Software Updates

This memorandum is directed to units which operate Raymarine C and E series electronics but do not subscribe to Raymarines automatic update notification service.

Raymarine advises that the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration has decommissioned two WAAS satellites and activated two replacement satellites which are not recognized by current C and E series software. Please note that the GPS function in these instruments is not affected in any way and continues to operate as usual.

Look for item 8: New - C & E-Series Software Updates to Restore WAAS Differential Reception. Your instrument must be registered to enable you to receive the upgrade.
